“Hybrid” HPD for use with RCG and P100 for Microbial Testing,
and Laser Particle Counters for Total Particulate testing.
EMTEK Filtered Total Particulate/Microbial High Pressure Diffuser (HPD);
Unique compressed air/gas sampling device, which allows for attachment and sampling of a compressed air/gas system with the use of a unique autoclavable high pressure diffuser, with filtered exhaust. The diffuser works in conjunction with EMTEK’s RCG Compressed Air/Gas Sampler, or P100 Portable Microbial Air Sampler, and laser particle counters for both microbial & total air particulate testing at 28.3, 50, 75, and 100 LPM.

The R2S Microbial Air Sampler incorporates industry standard Slit-to-Agar methodology with comparable microbial recovery/sensitivity, offering a highly accurate analysis of air quality. The R2S is designed for monitoring clean rooms, LAF Hoods and Isolators, but can be employed for monitoring in virtually any critical environment. It is designed to allow for sanitization of all surfaces exposed to the environment while its streamlined design affords minimal disruptive effects on Laminar Airflow in critical environments.
