EMTEK R100

REMOTE AIR SAMPLER CONTROLLER

EMTEK’s NEW R100 Remote Microbial Sampling System is intended for process monitoring of your critical ISO 5 Zones (eg, Isolators, LAF Hoods, BSC’s, BFS Chambers, Filling Lines, etc.), by remotely operating EMTEK’s Remote Air Samplers (RAS) placed at key locations within those critical areas, through either flexible, or fixed rigid vacuum tubing.

The R100 is designed to operate both 28.3 and 100 LPM P100 Remote Air Samplers, with 28.3 LPM sampling possible through 0.375″ or 0.500″ ID tubing at up to 50 Feet (15 Meters), and 100 LPM sampling at 10 Feet (3M).

As the R100 generally intended for fixed locations, the R100 does require direct AC power for it’s AC/DC power supply.  Although, battery operation will also be an option for the R100.

The R100 will include our PC Control Software, as well as the R100 Firmware MODBUS Map set, as customers may want to use the MODBUS Maps to create drivers to integrate the R100 with their FMS systems.  Our 5 Channel IR Remote will be included with the R100 Packages as well.
